The Administrative Assistant provides support for the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul Department at Martin-Baker America, Inc. Performs duties including the receiving of customer packages, entering customer parts into SAP, organizing customer parts within the department, and daily inventory cycle counts. Performs administrative duties such as scanning and indexing documents and records and maintain customer inventories.
