Key Responsibilities And Activities

• Work closely with HR mentors and managers to understand the business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective.
• Assist leadership in managing talent management projects including performance management, talent planning and development, team member engagement and culture building.
• Engage with cross-functional leaders throughout the organization to help Pella elevate it’s general HR practices and leadership capabilities.
• Participate in core internship programming, including a case study competition, professional development curriculum, and an off-site business meeting(s).
• Create and present strategic solutions to solve real-world challenges within our business.
